National Reading Daynational-reading-day.org/I'm sure at first this is laughed at. That's okay. I'm a risktaker, and I'd rather go home for being me than stay for being safe. As for the reason I picked this holiday. It may not be as festive or glamorous, but it has MEANING. Literacy and comprehensive skills are something that are less and less stressed in society, and that worries me. Celebrities are role models for kids, and if promoting reading is something celebrities do and it helps, then I think that's something being worth celebrated. And holidays are about celebrating things that are important to us, no? Rate me low if reading doesn't matter to you!

Amanda: Oh Natalie, you love to be original That's the spunk why I picked you That's why you're here, it defines A creative shot, a creative holiday And you're right - endorse reading Get kids enriched before parents are suing Get them thinking, get them doing
It's almost a lost art, but you stop it Here, you're gorgeous as always The lighting a bit of a problem Despite you being the librarian You're still the best one there is A serious, yet pretty, yet studious look Should get kids to open a book

Émilie: Great job here Natalie. It's a very original "holiday", and the meaning is there. Everybody should do a bit more reading and writing. I love the shadows on your face, but you look almost asleep. I'd love to see a better quality version of this picture.

Yoona: I love the holiday that you picked. I'm a book lover, and I can relate to your photo well. There's a fashion value in it. But not so much. You need to inject more attitude too.

Emma: I'm somewhat ambivalent on this. I do like that you took a risk and went with a lesser-known holiday, and you provided a dynamite explanation for it, so that's wonderful all the way round. I'm not a huge fan of your facial expression, though, and the outfit looks like it wants to be retro but hasn't really made up its mind about it. But I like the pose, so overall it's quite good.
