I'm getting impatient waiting, so I'm browsing through the girls' portfolios.
Shilpa will either get first call out, or be eliminated. It really depends on the photos she chooses.
Taylor has lots of great photos too choose from, and some actual covergirl ads.
Rihanna's photos are good, but I am not sure if the girl knows how to look for them.
Ashley has very little photos left, she might end up repeating from the same shoot as last covergirl.
Natalie make-up photos are really high-end.

Out of the three submitted so far, I feel Rihanna's are the best and Shilpa definitely needs to worry. Rihanna has a good photo and a great photo. Ashley has a really good photo and a mediocre photo. Shilpa has a really good photo and a really bad photo.  |

I will rank the two photos as separate shoots and then combine them for overall... so with Shilpa getting +1 on lipstick, she needs to worry even with the potential +4/+5 on mascara. Taylor and Natalie, however, can always produce something amazing so they could make Shilpa even more scared. Right now: Lipstick: Ashley > Rihanna >>>>> Shilpa Mascara: Rihanna = Shilpa >>> Ashley I can't decide between the first two. Both have said very nasty things to me so I can't use RiRi's attitude as a dealbreaker. I think I will rank Rihanna higher because her lip photo is better... that makes the most sense. |

This is actually probably the hardest shoot I've judged yet. Everybody has one photo I love and one photo I loathe.
Right now I'm leaning towards Rihanna for the top spot, and trying to decide how I feel about Shilpa. I honestly don't like anything about Ashley's mascara photo, but there's not a lot going wrong, either; and I do like certain aspects of Shilpa's lipstick, and if it was anything but a lipstick ad she'd be a lock for FCO for me, but the things that are wrong are pretty darn wrong. It's a hard call.

Mascara:
Shilpa > Rihanna > Ashley
Lipstick
Ashley > Rihanna > Shilpa
It's going to be hard, I'm going to be judging once again on overall progess, and their portfolios.

Well, it looks like Natalie and Taylor are out for not submitting on time. They have until 1 PM EST tomorrow - that's 14.5 hours or so - and I don't see us extending it just because they suddenly decided to suck. It's sad - they're two that deserve to be in the final three, and suddenly they ask for an extension late-game. Taylor has done this way too much. Yoona, may I suggest a new rule for next season? Any model is only allowed to ask for an extension TWICE. It would have been three times this season since it's three rounds longer than normal. But still... look at this shit: Yeah I need that too, between proboards and the endless pounding in my hhead right now  Ick, I hate to even ask, but I need an extension. Thought I was going to have time now but I do not... I'm not sure I'll need it, but I'm out right now and might not be back in time, so extension please! Sorry Well if this is due at 11 tonight.... Extention please! If not, I'm good. Sweets! also im very very sleep reprived stm.... this is dyse jurary 10, 9pm/ just aking syeew, thanks2! Taylor, you have had enough extensions. I think a limit on extensions would be great, although it would scare Rose from playing again. Natalie and Taylor are out this round unless they post something awesome on time. It's not fair to keep the other three waiting - since when is 2/5 majority? |

I dunno. I'd say that asking for extensions as needed is pretty justifiable. After all, don't forget that Rose has had an unbelievable amount of health complications this year, and it's not actually her fault.
Sometimes life requires extensions, and do you honestly want to see someone that's been one of the top performers every round lose because of that?

I'm inclined to agree with Amanda, on the point that by this stage, you're using the same girl as you did in the other cycle, you're at the end of the second cycle you should know your portfolio inside out, and at least have a few ideas of what to use, and 10 minutes to post them. It's really all it takes.
